Growing Forward Program

Red Deer County is helping producers access funding from the various Growing Forward programs dealing with agriculture and the environment (the Water Management Program, the Grazing and Winter Feeding Management Program, the Manure Management Program, and the Integrated Crop Management Program).

Depending on the nature of your operation and what projects you want to do, farms and ranches could be eligible for over $85,000. The County assists producers in doing the planning work that is required to access these programs.
