LAND USE BYLAW
The Land Use Bylaw (LUB) is a tool by which we achieve policy direction set out in the higher level documents such as the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) or Area Structure Plans (ASP).
Administration is proposing amendments to the Land Use Bylaw that will reduce timelines, allow better document accessibility, and allow new uses in Red Deer County. An overview of these amendments can be found below and the draft Land Use Bylaw will be available for review soon.
