Public hearings are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) and are held in Council Chambers at the Red Deer County Centre. The option to attend virtually via Zoom remains available. Council will hear from anyone claiming to be affected by the bylaws being proposed. The hearings are informal and persons wishing to speak will be requested to state their name and address upon being recognized by the Chair. Comments may be submitted in writing to and written submissions may be made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Bylaw No. 2022/21 a bylaw to amend Schedule 'B' of the Road Protection and Traffic Control Bylaw No. 2011/38 to decrease the speed limit on Rge Rd 20 from 650m north of Twp Rd 390 to the north end of the road from 80km/h to 60km/h.
